很多时候我们发现沟通一件事,对方一直没有按照自己讲的去做,以为是对方要特立独行或者对着干。

但其实确保双方意识上的统一会更加重要!而统一意识又是一个需要不断沟通,不断扩大沟通的公开区域的模型,当大家已知的都变得一样的时候,再加上公开思考方式后,就能更好的确保行动了。
当我们自己理解一件事情的时候,也要学会问自己三个问题:
1.这是什么?
2.怎么做到的?怎么一回事?
3.为什么是这样,原理或者动机是什么?
